1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. In Short

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AP (including T&E), tax, and treasury.
• Manage financial audits, ensuring full compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulations.
• Partner with the Controller on hiring, resourcing, and team design.
• Conduct technical accounting analyses and develop robust policies under U.S. GAAP.
• Develop and maintain scalable accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years as a senior accounting leader.
• At least 5 years of experience managing and developing a team of 3+.
• CPA with Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience.
• Proven experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate people leader who inspires and develops a best-in-class accounting team.
