In Short

• Oversee core accounting operations and lead financial reporting.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting.
• Supervise compliance-related filings.
• Collaborate with department leaders on financial performance.
• Mentor and manage junior accounting team members.
• Provide support for client audits and tax preparation.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
• Work cross-functionally to provide insights into performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting.
• Public accounting or audit experience is a plus.
• Experience with GAAP accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Experience in process improvements.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
