Global Services VCP Initiatives Manager - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for working with horizontal cross functional teams and regions within Service, Segment Business Unit Product engineering, etc., to lead and drive productivity strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience.
• Prior services or operations experience.

• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change cross-functionally.
• Experience with service delivery processes.
• MBA or Masters preferred.
• Ability to connect across regions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
