Overview

The Field Engineer II will perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

  • Conduct application training for clinical staff.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related engineering fields or equivalent experience.
  • Imaging experience required.
  • Experience with Web applications and Microsoft products.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Must comply with background checks and customer access policies.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted.
  • Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to provide coaching and feedback.
  • Proactive engagement with team members.
