Overview

The PDX Logistics Specialist provides operational expertise in day-to-day logistics activities, overseeing the coordination of domestic and international pharmaceutical shipments while ensuring compliance and performance optimization.

In Short

• Manage and optimize shipment tracking systems.
• Monitor inbound shipments from global suppliers.
• Oversee import processes and warehouse coordination.
• Ensure timely resolution of inventory discrepancies.
• Initiate and execute improvement projects for logistics processes.

• Approve and reconcile carrier invoices.

Requirements

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of GDP, ADR, and import/export regulations.
• Experience with SAP, TrackWise, and logistics tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI reporting.
