Field Service Engineer 2 - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer 2 is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations of medical equipment, ensuring optimal healthcare delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance of medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform service repairs on assigned equipment.
• Lead customer communications and serve as an escalation point for concerns.
• Own customer issues from identification to resolution.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with customers and sales teams for value-added services.
• Utilize escalation processes to resolve customer issues.
• Work independently and lead equipment installations.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Technical capabilities in X-ray, CT, MR, NUC Med, Ultrasound, PET, Vascular.
• Experience with web applications and Microsoft products.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to be available after hours and work a rotating on-call schedule.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Good hand and finger dexterity.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for long periods.
