Field Service Engineer 1 (MR Modality) - Remote

Overview

As a Field Engineer, you will perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing medical equipment for MR Equipment modality within a hospital or healthcare system.

In Short

• Perform preventative maintenance and installations on medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment within healthcare systems.
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance.
• Document all work performed and order parts as necessary.
• Work second shift hours from Wednesday to Sunday.
• Must be available for after-hours and rotating on-call schedule.
• Requires a valid Driver's License.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience servicing electronic equipment (if no degree).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Good hand and finger dexterity.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, and squat.
• Must be able to work weekends and after-hours.
