Overview

The role of a Clinical Education Specialist is primarily to deliver and co-ordinate training on GE Healthcare’s products, mainly at hospital sites and remotely.

In Short

• Deliver onsite clinical applications training for GE Healthcare products.
• Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications.
• Conduct high-quality application trainings at customer sites.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Promote unique differentiators based on customer needs.
• Develop a network of key opinion leaders in the territory.
• Support trade shows and customer visits.
• Document trainings and customer interactions as per protocol.
• Deliver customer presentations at education days and user events.
• Travel to customer sites 70-80% of the time.

Requirements

• Degree in Radiography or Biomedical Engineering.
• Significant experience in Molecular Imaging and CT.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer satisfaction mindset.
• Willingness to adapt to changing work environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in conducting training in Molecular Imaging or CT.
