Overview

The Solutions Engineering team serves as the primary technical resource and internal advocate for all Customers at HashiCorp. Through consultative engagement, we identify our Customers’ challenges and business requirements, leveraging our product expertise to propose solutions that meet their needs. As trusted technical advisors, we work closely with our Customers to help them achieve their target outcomes and realize the full value of the HashiCorp solutions they’ve implemented.

In Short

  • Serve as Trusted Advisor to aligned accounts and stakeholders.
  • Exhibit Strong Communication Skills through presentations and demos.
  • Understand the Customer’s Journey and guide them through value realization.
  • Prove Business Value of HashiCorp solutions.
  • Contribute to Customer Success through regular engagement activities.
  • Drive Expansion and Adoption of product lines.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams for customer journey success.
  • Provide Authoritative Guidance on DevOps concepts.
  • Maintain Technology Expertise in HashiCorp portfolio.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role.
  • Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with implementing software products in enterprise companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
