• Build relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams in LATAM.
• Design onboarding sessions and product demonstrations.
• Act as a strategic partner to Customer Success Managers.
• Identify and overcome adoption barriers.
• Translate legal practice needs into product feedback.
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage users.
• Contribute to customer-facing content tailored to LATAM workflows.
• Provide competitive intelligence on the LATAM legal landscape.
• Support Harvey's brand credibility across LATAM.

Requirements

• Based in Mexico City and eligible to work in Mexico.
• Mexican practising certificate or equivalent civil-law qualification.
• At least 3 years of legal experience at a top-tier firm.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of LATAM legal processes.
• Executive presence and engagement skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI in the legal industry.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
