The Vice President (VP) of Mortgage Operations at Harvard Federal Credit Union provides strategic direction and operational oversight for the Credit Union’s Real Estate Lending division, ensuring growth, compliance, and exceptional member experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• 8 years of mortgage operations experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations.
• Experience in credit union or community bank settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills.
