Overview

As a Customer Deployment Engineer at Annalise.ai, you will ensure clients and partners receive the best implementation and support experience for the use and integration of Annalise Enterprise solutions.

In Short

• Implement Annalise Enterprise solutions including software installation, configuration, and system testing.
• Communicate project requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Train customer staff in supporting Annalise Enterprise solutions.
• Provide remote support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Deliver high-quality technical support (Level 2 and 3) to customers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues effectively.
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
• Act as a technical expert within the region, supporting sales and pre-sales.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery and support frameworks.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines including HIPAA and ISO.

Requirements

• Computer science degree or similar discipline.
• Experience with case management tools like Salesforce and Jira.
• Familiarity with AWS and VMWare.
• 5+ years of service experience in healthcare informatics.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and configuration scripting.
• Knowledge of networking concepts like DNS and TCP/IP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year.
