Overview

Harbor is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused and proactive Client Operations Specialist to join our team to support our business development specialists in our North American Corporate end-market. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth revenue operations and effective communication across various departments and clients.

In Short

  • Support Client Engagement and Solution Leads with internal processes.
  • Assist with Salesforce data accuracy and paperwork production.
  • Generate and manage sales paperwork including SOWs and change requests.
  • Monitor and manage renewal processes for applicable solution lines.
  • Maintain compliance with commercial standards during negotiations.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on contracts review and execution.
  • Attend pipeline calls to maintain awareness of deal flow.
  • Support proposal creation and responses to RFPs.
  • Participate in Client Operations team projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
