HALO is looking for an Account Director experienced in the Beer, Wine & Spirits industry to join our high-growth company. This role will join a fast-paced team focused in the BWS vertical (fastest growth area for HALO), and will manage business operations, sourcing, and the client relationship with a single global spirits account.

In Short

  • Build and nurture client relationship
  • Develop strong relationships with Sales and Promotional Product Suppliers
  • Develop season buy books with client input
  • Partner with production and creative teams to manage power periods and introduce innovative designs
  • Manage team focused on field and national buys
  • Deal with promo as well as POS sourcing, both domestic and overseas
  • Work with vendors to value engineer products and create dynamic presentations
  • Obtain pricing and prepare customer quotes
  • Manage billing and online ordering programs
  • Coordinate samples for client presentations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, merchandising, and support experience required
  • Experience in the beer, wine, and spirits industry required
  • Apply your previous experience in the promotional products industry
  • Perform product research and make recommendations
  • Use your judgment to solve complex customer problems with creative solutions
  • Exhibit high levels of professionalism
  • Communicate with ease and confidence about your ideas and solutions
  • Demonstrate your adaptability as new opportunities emerge and timelines change
  • Balance multiple parallel assignments
  • Thrive in a deadline-driven team environment
