In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for all sales new hires during their onboarding journey.
• Own the end-to-end Sales Onboarding program—from Day 1 welcome to full ramp-up.
• Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to deliver engaging training content.
• Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and managers for a frictionless experience.
• Create educational and fun resources, playbooks, and guides.
• Leverage LMS and other tools to measure program effectiveness.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Be the culture champion for new hires, making them feel welcome.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, enablement, sales operations, or HR coordination.
• Incredibly organized, detail-obsessed, and creative.
• A people person with great energy and a creative approach.
• Familiarity with enablement tools and basic CRM systems.
• A natural collaborator who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and positivity.
