  • Halcyon is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR).
  • Responsible for driving new business opportunities and generating leads.
  • Engage with decision-makers in target companies.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Provide relevant information on ransomware protection solutions.
  • Follow up with leads for consistent engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ransomware threats.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or business development role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, especially ransomware threats.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
