Overview

This role involves supporting cloud and on-premises infrastructure for medical software solutions.

In Short

  • Own the deployment and maintenance of AWS services and applications and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
  • Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues in hybrid environments.
  • Enhance security, scalability, and compliance with senior R&D engineers.
  • Support on-premise software installations using automation tools.
  • Automate deployments, rollbacks, and software updates.
  • Apply security best practices for AWS and on-prem environments.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions for security and performance.
  • Assist in incident response and system health checks.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, IT automation, or system administration.
  • 10–15 years of overall IT experience.
  • Expert with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
  • Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Some experience with on-premises software deployment.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and cloud best practices.
  • Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with monitoring & observability tools.
