Application Support Analyst I - Remote

Overview

The Application Support Analyst will support hospitals and labs using Haemonetics Hospital products, providing technical solution support for software and systems.

In Short

• Support hospital and lab customers using Haemonetics products.
• Provide software and systems technical solution support.
• Resolve customer support problems via email and phone.
• Document support calls in the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot production issues and run routine scripts.
• Write change requests for customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Work alternating shifts for 24/7 support.
• Must have a dedicated office space for remote work.
• Experience with BloodTrack®️ and related software is desired.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital lab or blood bank.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong technical aptitude required.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French is highly desired.
• Must be calm and professional in urgent situations.
• Punctual travel for training may be required.
• Ability to shift priorities as needed.
