Overview

The Account Manager supports hospital customers and prospects within the assigned geography to effectively sell capital equipment, disposables, software, and service within the Hemostasis Management and Cell Salvage portfolios.

In Short

  • Accountable for territory management and sales goals.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to increase revenue.
  • Provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Partner with Clinical Specialists to drive technology adoption.
  • Maintain existing business and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Travel up to 75% depending on territory needs.
  • Educate customers on products and industry trends.
  • Function as Project Manager post-sale for product implementation.
  • Attend industry conventions and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders for product feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of sales experience in a complex environment.
  • 2+ years in hospital sales.
  • Experience in consultative and capital equipment sales.
