• Technical leadership of software projects in the field of medical technology from requirements analysis to delivery
• Consulting our clients on software architecture, regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC 62304), and technical implementation options
• Leading and mentoring developer teams, promoting best practices and technical knowledge transfer
• Designing and developing medical software (e.g., desktop applications or cloud-based solutions)
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in all phases of the development process

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, medical technology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software development and technical project management, ideally in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in programming languages C++ and C#.NET
• Able to lead and motivate a team of software developers
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps, and modern software architecture
• Knowledge in medical software development and relevant standards (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971) is an advantage
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with our clients in German and English
