The People Analytics Business Partner at H1 will lead day-to-day HR operations and drive programmatic work while acting as a strategic partner to enhance employee experience and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Analytical skills with confidence in data handling.
• Excellent communication and judgment skills.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution effectively.
