In Short

Partner with leaders to align people priorities with business goals.
Coach and support managers on performance and development.

Lead special projects to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

5+ years in HR or People roles, with business partnering experience.
Experience in fast-growing companies and knowledge of employment law.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS tools and data-driven decision-making.
