This role involves leading the Carrier Operations team, ensuring seamless experiences for small business customers through effective management of insurance carrier partnerships.

• Spearhead Carrier Operations execution by resolving escalations across workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in health insurance or benefits industry.
• 5+ years leading operational teams or managing complex projects.
• Strong operational rigor and systems thinking.
• High data fluency; experience with Excel, Tableau, or Redash.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset focused on fixing broken systems.
