Overview

The Manager of Card Operations at DailyPay will oversee the management of external partnerships related to card products and ensure compliance with Visa rules and regulations, while enhancing operational efficiency and vendor performance.

• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and ensure SLA accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with debit, prepaid, and credit cards.
• 5+ years in Operations and Vendor Management.
• On-Demand Pay experience is a plus.
• Strong project prioritization skills.
• Customer-centric mentality.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
