Overview

The Insights & Operations Lead will play a strategic role in the Marketing organization at Gusto, driving prioritization and streamlining operations to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Empathy for small business customers.
  • A deep passion for helping others.
