Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS or multi-product platforms.
• Ability to craft clear and motivating content for complex workflows.
• Experience in rapid-growth environments with experimentation.
• Deep understanding of balancing brand voice and performance goals.
• Ability to set up content systems and guidelines from the ground up.
• Familiarity with AI-generated content and training large language models.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Track record of mentoring and coaching designers.
• Experience collaborating with marketing and product design teams.
• Familiarity with subscription-based models and the Fintech/Payroll/HR space.
