As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Gurobi Optimization, you will be critical in optimizing and enhancing our company's Salesforce platform to drive sales productivity and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Develop custom Salesforce Sales applications for solving complex business problems.
• Design, code, unit test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com applications.
• Support internal stakeholders through requirement gathering and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with global consultants and developers to develop innovative solutions.
• Document implementation objectives, issues, findings, and recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day administration support and troubleshoot permission issues.
• Address internal and external security risks using Salesforce's platform security tools.
• Assist with report and dashboard creation and data management tasks.
• Train users on Salesforce and related technologies.
• Serve as a cross-functional reference and Salesforce expert throughout the company.

Requirements

• At least 1 Salesforce certification and numerous Trailhead badges.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with CRM applications and cloud-based software.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and various software packages.
