In Short

• Handle and process incoming customer calls, especially regarding technical service inquiries, complaints, and fault reports.
• Document customer concerns in the CRM and/or ERP system (D365).
• Assess and prioritize concerns based on urgency.
• Create service tickets and forward them to technicians or relevant departments.
• Track open tickets and provide active feedback to customers on status changes.
• Support coordination of service operations in collaboration with dispatch.
• Perform general administrative tasks in the service environment (e.g., maintaining customer data, confirming appointments).

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, IT system clerk, etc.
• Experience in telephone customer contact, ideally in a technical service environment.
• Proficient use of modern IT systems (MS Office, CRM, ideally D365).
• Customer and solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills.
• Resilience, organizational talent, and friendly demeanor on the phone.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
