Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a full-time Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join Gunnebo Markersdorf GmbH, which can be done remotely within Germany. This role is key in providing financial insights and supporting various departments in strategic decisions.

In Short

• Responsible for the budget process, including planning, creation, and monitoring.
• Conduct and coordinate regular forecasting processes.
• Improve and develop Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Act as a business partner providing advice and support on financial matters.
• Support controlling and accounting departments with BI and analysis questions.
• Create and develop financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial processes and policies.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and projects for the financial director.
• Lead and participate in projects related to business developments and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with leadership experience in an international environment.
• Experience using BI tools.
• Strong numerical and process understanding.
• Understanding of project profitability and structured, team-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness.
• Analytical thinking and structured work approach.
• Very good German and negotiation-level English skills.
