Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

In Short

• Lead and refine budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models.
• Deliver month-end management reports and business KPI reports.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and produce comprehensive reports.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CFO and senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial planning.
• Mentor and guide members of the finance team.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders during budgeting processes.
• Support non-finance stakeholders in managing their budgets.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and excellence within the Finance function.

Requirements

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Effective team management skills.
