Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

The Manager, FP&A will enhance our financial planning and analysis function as well as be a trusted partner to senior executives across the company and responsible for driving strategic finance decisions.

In Short

• Lead key strategic and financial planning projects and processes.
• Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business strategy.
• Partner with business unit leaders to define financial objectives.
• Assist with annual planning, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Lead preparation of financial performance reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand performance drivers.
• Develop efficiencies and process improvements in FP&A.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and board of directors.
• Enhance budgeting and forecasting solutions.
• Supervise staff and lead initiatives to enhance FP&A.

Requirements

• BS degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong performance in leadership roles.
• Advanced communication skills for senior management.
• Superior financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Experience with financial planning tools.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience in a private equity backed environment.
