Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Remote

Overview

The FP&A team provides value-added services to company management through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and control, aiming for real-time insight and transparency in data and reports.

In Short

• Lead the resource budgeting process
• Own reporting and budget control reports
• Control and approve decisions impacting company expenses
• Act as a focal point for cross-company departments
• Business partnership with senior leadership
• Manage and analyze budget and financial measurements
• Maintain accurate expense forecasts
• Conduct analyses to support senior management decisions
• Design and optimize FP&A processes and systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a rapidly scaling organization
• Understanding of SaaS and industry metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
• Experience with P2P Systems and BI tools
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of business processes and data
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
