Overview

Aptem is seeking an experienced Events & Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events while executing generalist marketing campaigns.

In Short

• Manage key Aptem events and oversee budgets.
• Develop and own events strategy with marketing and leadership.
• Ensure effective execution of events to high standards.
• Evaluate event ROI and identify new opportunities.
• Source and manage relationships with external suppliers.
• Oversee event promotion and guest list management.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing B2B events.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
• Experience with webinar platforms like GoToWebinar.
• Proven budget management and KPI reporting skills.
• Strong copywriting abilities.
• Familiarity with Office 365 applications.
• Experience with LinkedIn for marketing.
• Degree in Events Management, Marketing, or related field.
