Head of Product - Remote

Overview

As Head of Product, you will drive Guidewheel’s product strategy and execution while leading and mentoring a small but growing team of product managers, designers, UX specialists, and QA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• 2+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling product teams.
• Experience with AI and manufacturing technology is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
