In Short

• Lead the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering for technical trade-offs and scalable architectures.
• Design growth-driven product experiments to enhance user engagement.
• Optimize the user experience (UX/UI) for better retention.
• Track and optimize key product and growth KPIs.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and data teams.
• Grow the Student Ambassador and Creator Referral Experiences.
• Report directly to Goodwall’s founders.

Requirements

• Experience in product management and leadership roles.
• Strong technical background and data analysis skills.
• Proven track record of driving product growth.
• Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience in agile product development.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools.
• Growth mindset with a focus on user experience.
• Experience working in EdTech or similar industries is a plus.
