Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source and screen candidates to ensure qualifications align to job requirements. They will partner with TA and hiring teams to fill a variety of technical, sales and administrative roles.

In Short

• Source qualified candidates using various methods.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Evaluate résumés and conduct prescreening interviews.
• Schedule interviews and assessments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Work with HR to prepare offer letters.
• Perform other recruiting/HR related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sourcing objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High degree of professionalism and ethics.
• Self-sufficient and able to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS required.
