Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in a customer service/sales support role.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Self-motivated with multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Solid math skills for margin calculations.
