Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer service/sales support.
  • Experience with CRM software required.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Technical sales/support experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules.
