Overview

The Sales Operations Lead (SOL) is a valuable resource for the Regional Sales Operations team, providing support to maintain a successful operational sales process and ensuring high levels of customer service.

In Short

  • Continue with SOS responsibilities for Account Executive including generating quotes and processing purchase orders.
  • Serve as backup for the Director of Operations when unavailable.
  • Address day-to-day questions from Sales Operations Specialists.
  • Provide support and mentoring to sales operations team members.
  • Assist in training new regional sales operations hires.
  • Provide feedback on team member performance for reviews.
  • Assist in process improvement activities and user testing.
  • Guide new Account Executives through GPS processes.
  • Work with Corporate Vendor Relationship Management team on partner program details.
  • Assist Regional Management with special projects.

Requirements

  • Proven excellence as a GuidePoint Security Sales Operations Specialist.
  • Ability to take on more responsibility as a Sales Operations Lead.
  • Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Strong ability to work well in a team and multitask.
  • Positive attitude and drive for results.
  • Good judgment in decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible work schedule required.
