Overview

The Sales Operations Lead (SOL) is a valuable resource for the Regional Sales Operations team at GuidePoint Security, providing support to the Director of Operations and maintaining a successful operational sales process.

In Short

  • Continue with SOS responsibilities for Account Executive including generating quotes and processing purchase orders.
  • Serve as the backup point of contact when the Sales Operations Manager is unavailable.
  • Manage the Regional Sales Coordinator(s) to ensure exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Refine and maintain an effective Deal Registration process.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Vendor Relationship Management team.
  • Assist Regional Management with special projects.
  • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Proven excellence as a Sales Operations Specialist.
  • 1-3 years of team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
