In Short

• Serve as liaison between clients, internal response teams, and strategic partners.
• Oversee case intake, manage Statements of Work (SOWs), and support pre-sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, breach coaches, and external counsel.
• Engage clients to define engagement scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Support business development efforts and maintain trusted relationships.
• Manage active case progress and ensure timely updates and documentation.
• Track metrics on response times, case volumes, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate regular communication with insurance carriers and law firm partners.
• Participate in RFP responses and client solution workshops.
• Support pre-sales efforts for potential DFIR and Threat Intelligence engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Incident Response or Cybersecurity Services.
• Strong understanding of cyber incident lifecycle and DFIR processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience drafting SOWs and managing multiple engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
