As an Incident Response Manager at Baobab Insurance, you will play a key role in protecting businesses from cyber threats by overseeing, analyzing, and coordinating security incidents to ensure the IT and cyber security of our clients.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing a SOC/MDR team or in a leading role in Incident Response/IT Security Operations.
• Proven experience managing external incident response service providers.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in digital forensics and forensic tools.
• Strong understanding of modern security technologies.
• Deep understanding of current threat landscapes and incident response frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
