In Short

• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Partner with CFO for transparent and actionable reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Build scalable systems, policies, and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation.
• Interpret complex accounting standards.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for data integrity.
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors.
• Coordinate with tax partners for compliance.

Requirements

• CPA required; Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
• 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience leading consolidated reporting.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership.
