Senior Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting - Remote

In Short

• Serve as the Company’s technical accounting expert.
• Research and prepare technical memos for complex transactions.
• Work closely with other departments to provide accounting expertise.
• Support M&A transactions, including accounting due diligence.
• Monitor, interpret, and apply new accounting guidance.
• Assist in the development of accounting policies and memos.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Work with external valuation specialists.
• Manage inputs for complex transaction valuations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Active CPA or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years of public accounting and/or related industry experience.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Proven experience supporting public company earnings releases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SOX-compliant environments.
• Experience with systems such as Netsuite and Workiva.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
