Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting - Remote

Overview

The Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting will oversee the accounting and financial reporting function at KOHO and report directly to the CFO. This role is strategic, ensuring compliance and integration as KOHO applies for a bank license.

• Manage the accounting team and ensure timely financial closings.

Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Audit experience at a Big 4 firm is a plus.
• At least 3 years in banking or financial services accounting.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines.
