Overview

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to lead the Financial Reporting team, ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency while complying with U.S. GAAP.

Requirements

• BS/BA in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of operations management experience.
• Experience in Financial Reporting required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of mutual funds and alternative investments.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP for investment companies.
• Proven ability to drive change and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
