Overview

The Manager Financial Reporting is responsible for preparing consolidated SEC financial statements and external financial reporting documents, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, and supporting various financial reporting aspects of the business.

In Short

• Prepare consolidated SEC financial statements and external financial reporting documents.
• Prepare standalone financial statements for various reporting aspects.
• Review account reconciliations and journal entries for monthly and quarterly close.
• Perform technical accounting research and analysis.
• Maintain understanding of financial statements within the OneStream system.

Requirements

• CPA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in financial reporting.
• Solid command of US GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations.
• Experience in coaching and developing team members.
