Overview

EQT is seeking a highly organized and proactive Permitting Coordinator to support the successful execution of midstream development projects. This role is responsible for securing all required permits, licenses, and regulatory clearances to ensure projects are executed safely, in compliance and according to budget and schedule.

In Short

  • Ensure all site development permits, licenses, and clearances are obtained for midstream projects.
  • Experience with county and local township agencies for operational permits.
  • Manage multiple vendors to assist in project completion.
  • Submit all permit applications timely to avoid delays.
  • Communicate operational busts if permitting thresholds are exceeded.
  • Ensure accuracy in permitting jobs and work orders.
  • Assist in developing project plans with a focus on constructability and costs.
  • Provide field data for project plans.
  • Furnish relevant data for management reports.
  • Create and maintain project-specific documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related work experience in construction or natural gas industry.
  • Associates degree in civil, environmental, geology or a related field; Bachelors preferred.
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to read architectural/construction drawings and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good listening and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
