Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning.
• Deep understanding of financial planning principles.
• Proven experience managing high-performing teams.

• Ability to prioritize independently and work cohesively.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of innovation.
• Adaptability with a “Top It” mentality.
• Passion for the mission and commitment to fiduciary excellence.
• Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems.
• Certified Financial Planner® designation required.
