Overview

As a Director of Financial Reporting & Control, you will be responsible for the financial controllership of the Tide Group, building robust financial control processes and ensuring accurate reporting for our global operations.

In Short

• Build financial control processes and internal control frameworks.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain accounting policy documentation.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Lead a financial control team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
• Oversee monthly ledger close and accounts payable/receivable.
• Support corporate structuring activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial matters.
• Report financial performance to the Finance & Audit Committee.

Requirements

• Experience at a Senior/Director level in financial control.
• Proven track record in financial services or technology.
• Ability to thrive in a scale-up environment.
• Strong financial acumen and technical accounting skills.
• Professional qualification (ACA or equivalent).
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ staff.
